  1. Read Ruth 2:1-23. What stands out to you in this chapter? What actions surprise you the most?
  2. What do we learn of Ruth’s character in this chapter? Boaz’s character?
  3. Consider the significance of vs. 3. Why would we say this was arranged by God? Why would he do this?
  4. What do we learn about faith and God’s blessings in verses 11 & 12?
  5. Whose kindness is Naomi referring to in verse 20?
  6. How is God’s kindness a refuge to you? What about the trials and darkness we face in life?
