- Read Hebrews 9:1-14. What catches your attention from this passage? In light of the whole letter to the Hebrews, what is the author doing at this point?
- What do we learn about the earthly tabernacle? How does its design and arrangement point to Christ?
- What do we learn about the ministry of the priests? How does this ministry point to Christ?
- Consider the comparison in verses 13-14. What are the similarities? What are the differences? Other than Christ (and the OT sacrificial system) what do we turn to looking for a cleansed conscience?
- What are the practical implications of verse 14?
