  1. Read Ephesians 5:3-7. What catches your attention in these verses? How is the “church” doing in heeding these words? How about you?
  2. Read the reflection on page 3. What does the fear of God have to do with sexual immorality?
  3. How are sexual immorality and covetousness similar? In what way are both idolatry?
  4. Why are verses 5-6 so uncomfortable for Christians? Why is it dangerous to minimize God’s judgment?
  5. Why is truth so important in our battle against sin and temptation? What habits to you practice to keep God’s truth in your life on a daily basis?
